The Hidaka Mountain Range runs 150 kilometers from north to south through the southern central part of Hokkaido. The steep mountains can be said to form the backbone of Hokkaido and have given rise to different climates and cultures to their east and west, including in flora and fauna and agricultural products. At its southern end lies Cape Erimo, overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Spread out to the east and west of this base point are nine cities(※) blessed with rich nature and wonderful people. We lovingly and respectfully call this area surrounding the Hidaka Mountains and Cape Erimo the "Nissho Peninsula." We hope you will enjoy our adventure tours while traveling through magnificent nature, mingling with the locals, experiencing the connection between people and horses, and learning about the history of this area.

This is a tour of the Nissho Peninsula centered on "Nature and Food.“
Located at the southern end of the Hidaka Mountains and designated as a Global Geopark, the highlight of the tour will be a climb up Mount Apoi, where visitors can learn about the ocean protection efforts made by the people living along the Pacific coast, and enjoy fresh local delicacies from the mountains and the sea.

- - Admire alpine flora while climbing a mountain made up of peridotite, a rare rock throughout the world
- - Watch wild seals from a kelp boat steered by local fishermen
- - Learn from local fishermen about kelp fishing and try your hand at kelp drying

This is a tour of the Nissho Peninsula centered on "Horse culture and Agriculture."
Tokachi has come to be called the nation's food hub due to the part of horses in its history of being settled.
Visitors can walk through the fields, see how farmers cultivated the land with horses, and make pizza using crops gathered from the fields. The tour also offers a chance to see Ban'ei racing, which evolved from the "Draft horse festival" in which settler let their horses they had shared their joys and sorrows with during settling compare against each other in a contest of strength.
In Hidaka, visitors can learn about the history of one of Japan's leading thoroughbred horse breeding farms and enjoy interacting with the horses.

- - Learn about the history of how the land was settled together with horses, and experience the world’s only "Ban’ei horse race" preserving the customary work of Banba horses, which were a indispensable partner in people’s lives not only as farm cultivation animal but as traction horses that carried baggage, lumber, or people
